Shane Satterfield, Executive Vice President of Divisions
Shane Satterfield joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2007 after a 15-year career beginning at Hopewell Baptist Church in Gainesville, GA as Minister of Education and concluding as Executive Pastor at Marcus Point Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL. He has served Marketplace Chaplains as Area Team Leader over Western Georgia, then Georgia Division Director, and as Region Vice President. Shane currently serves as Executive Vice President Division Operations overseeing and leading 35 chaplain leaders across America. Shane earned an Associate’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, GA and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Christian Education in 2003 from Southwest Seminary. He and his wife Shonda reside in Melissa, Texas, and have two children, Jacob and Mackenzie.
Jim Tereschuk, Executive Vice President of Divisions
Jim Tereschuk joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2006, bringing over 20 years of facility and business operations management experience gained through service at companies with operations in the western and central U.S.A. and Canada. He has served Marketplace Chaplains as a Chaplain, Area Team Leader and Division Director in the Dallas and Oklahoma Divisions for 6 years. He has also provided outreach and care to families of the DFW area for over 25 years as a member, ministry leader, and adult teacher at the First Baptist Church of Dallas. Jim received his B.A. degree from Wheaton College and has a M.A. degree in Christian Leadership. He is married to Sylvia, who serves in administration for the Carrollton-Farmers Branch School District. They are residents of Frisco, TX and have two daughters and three grandchildren.
Jeff Rinehart, Executive Vice President of Divisions
Jeff Rinehart joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2015 as a part-time chaplain, then as Executive Director of Operations of Colorado and surrounding states and now serves as Executive Vice President over the Western Region of the US. Jeff is a proud veteran having served as a US Navy Seabee. He received a Food Science degree from Purdue University and brings 30 years of experience in Food Production and Food Sales and Marketing having held positions from sales representative to President and CEO. He has been married to Karla for 47 years and is the father of two and father-in-law to another. They have two awesome grandkids. Jeff resides in Windsor, Colorado.

Chaplain, Brigadier General, USAF (Retired)
Chaplain Page joined Marketplace Chaplains in August 2022 after an extensive career in the Air Force where he was most recently at the Pentagon as the Air Force Deputy Chief of Chaplains. He assisted in establishing guidance on all matters pertaining to the religious and moral welfare of Air Force personnel and their dependents and directing and maintaining a trained, equipped, and professional Chaplain Corps of more than 2,200 chaplains and chaplain assistants from the active and Air Reserve components. As a member of the Armed Forces Chaplains Board, he and other members advised the Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff on religious, ethical, and quality-of-life concerns.
George “Saul” Youstra, Deputy Chief of Chaplains
Chaplain (Colonel), USAF (Retired)
Prior to joining Marketplace Chaplains in August 2022, Chaplain Youstra served as the Command Chaplain, United States Special Operations Command. He was the principal and personal staff advisor in areas related to morale, ethics, and spirituality. He also advised on the role and impact of religion in the strategic environment. He served as a key plank holder and integral member of the multidisciplinary team consisting of physical, psychological, spiritual, and social performance. He edited the first ever Special Operations Forces Field Ethics Guide for utilization in the SOCOM formations and the Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Post-vention Workbook & Training Program along with Moral Injury/PTSD training.
